Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Typically requires 2-5 years of collision repair experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in various repair techniques, including welding, metal finishing, and refinishing.
- Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring accurate and high-quality repairs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess damage, determine appropriate repairs, and troubleshoot issues that arise during the repair process.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members, estimators, and potentially customers or insurance adjusters.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in various positions.
- I-CAR Certification: Preferred but not required.
